We strive to help all serious, motivated students reach their full potential. Since its inception in 1996, the STEP program has produced over 3,000 graduates, most of which are still working at dealerships today.
BMW STEP students are in high demand at BMW dealer locations across the USA. For those students who accept a job with a BMW Dealer upon graduation, BMW will pay for your BMW STEP training. Students are required to work one year at the BMW Dealer location, although many stay with BMW throughout their careers.
