ABOUT BMW STEP

Do you dream about what’s under the hood? Start your BMW career in the BMW Service Technician Education Program.

BMW STEP is the most comprehensive BMW technician development program in North America. Our programs include BMW, MINI, Body and Paint, and Motorrad (motorcycle) specialties where students attend outstanding workshop-based, hands-on training to learn some of the most innovative automotive technology that exists today. We strive to help all serious, motivated students reach their full potential.

Since its inception in 1996, the STEP program has produced over 3,000 graduates, most of which are still working at dealerships today.
